Where in the World is Win Thurlow?

Our Executive Director, Win Thurlow, has been quite the mover and shaker since the turn of the new year. 2020 is looking to be a big year, and with that comes a fair amount of travel. Win's been all over New York State, so for those that like to keep track here is a list of some of the things he's done and where he's been:

  • AdvaMed Fly-In to meet with New York Legislators regarding the NY Privacy Act in Albany
  • Judge for CNYBAC's Medical Device Innovation Challenge in Syracuse
  • Judge for NextCorps' Hardware Pitch Competition in Rochester
  • Member recruitment trips secure new MedTech Memberships from Roswell Park and Intertek
  • Meetings with the NYS Leaders Group to share best practices  
  • Meetings with the newly formed Internship Development working group to discuss and offer proposals to enhance New York State's Workforce Development Initiative
